To support our continued growth and business expansion, we are urgently looking for candidates who will take care of Staffing Operation in our company.

Company: Frostees India Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Sr. Executive – Operation (Staffing)

Experience: 3+ years in Staffing Operation

Education: Graduate and above

Key responsibilities:

· Candidate on boarding, Salary Structure Preparation, Offer & Appointment letter processing.

· Payroll processing for employees under different clients PAN India basis.

· Ensure complete CBD (collection, billing, disbursement) process cycle which includes processing of increment and appraisals, handling client queries, raising invoices, salary disbursement, report generation in respect of associates.

· Organize monthly Client meetings to ensure good relationship with primary focus on continuous quality improvement.

· Maintain employees’ data, Payslip provision, F&F Process.

· Prepare leave policies and tracker as per client’s requirement.  Initiating performance appraisal of the employees.

Salary: 3-4 LPA

Location: Kolkata (Kestopur)
