Designation: Business Operations Intern

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Role Overview:

Red Earth Education and Migration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and communicative intern to support daily office operations, recruitment coordination, and client interactions. This role offers hands-on exposure to administration, hiring support, and tele calling activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and office-related tasks

• Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates for hiring

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads received by the company

• Handle inbound calls and respond to basic client queries

• Explain company services related to education and migration

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain call records

• Maintain and update internal records and databases

• Support the team in day-to-day operational activities

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone calls

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

• Ability to work full-time from office
