Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team at Pioneer Education Media Services to manage the full-cycle Business Operations for the organization. The tasks include identifying Team Management, Social Media Management, Business Meeting, Clients Business proposal discussion, Hiring and training of new potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for all business Operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,500 and growth opportunities.

• Deal for Business partnership

• Business Meeting & Business proposal discussion with Clients.

• Team Outcome & Salary Management.

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Travel for business operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is MBA or other relevant Post Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must.
