Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter / Global Search Executive to own end-to-end recruitment delivery while

supporting client coordination across multiple industries and geographies. This role sits at the heart of our search

engine — from understanding a client's hiring need to placing the right candidate in the right seat. You'll source,

screen, and shortlist talent, coordinate interviews, and manage the process through to offer and joining, all while

building the kind of client and candidate relationships that keep people coming back to Universal Hunt Group.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and open positions

-Understand client hiring requirements through detailed role and business mapping

-Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

-Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements

-Coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders,

-Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

-Ensure timely hiring closure and adherence to recruitment timelines

-Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases

-Support business development teams with requirement execution

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Expertise

-Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

-Good understanding of business roles across industries, Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

-Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools, Client coordination and stakeholder management skills
