Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Schedule: US Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Experience: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

Nova Qen is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to market consultants effectively in the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place consultants on bench with suitable US IT requirements.

• Search and identify relevant job opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and recruiter contacts.

• Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and clients regarding available consultants.

• Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements and follow up regularly.

• Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiting partners.

• Track submissions, interviews, and placements accurately.

• Follow up with consultants and provide regular updates on opportunities.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment.

• Good knowledge of the US IT job market and recruitment process.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good computer and internet skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to work the US Night shift: 7 PM – 4 AM IST.
