This role offers a unique opportunity to lead global People Operations while shaping the future of HR service delivery through operational excellence, employee experience, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. As a key member of the People function, you will build and scale a globally consistent, employee-centric PBS organization, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to drive meaningful enterprise impact. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end People Operations across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Define and execute the People Business Services transformation roadmap. Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage Workday, ServiceNow, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to enhance service delivery. Partner with Global HR Leaders, COEs, HRBPs, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders. Lead governance, service performance, employee experience, and operational excellence initiatives. Build and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class People Services. What We're Looking For 12+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Services, GBS, or GCC environments. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex global stakeholder groups. Strong background in HR transformation, service delivery excellence, and employee experience. Experience with Workday, HR technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in a global environment.
