Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment; manage office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
Communication & Reception: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors; route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings or company events.
Document & Data Management: Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotel bookings, and itineraries for team members.
Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports, tracking invoices, and handling petty cash.
Site Supervision: coordinating with the clients at site and managing employees at site.
