Job Opening: Training Executive – Facility Management Services
We are looking for an experienced Training Executive to join our Facility Management team.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management training.
Experience in training Housekeeping (HK), Customer Service/Soft Skills (CM), Pantry Boys (PB), Supervisors, and Multi-Skilled Technicians (MST).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and refresher training programs.
Train staff on SOPs, grooming, hygiene, safety, customer service, and workplace discipline.
Prepare training calendars, training materials, and maintain training records.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate with operations teams to identify training needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations.
Ability to motivate and develop frontline staff.
Proficient in MS Office.
