Training & Development:
To identify the monthly training needed from the department HOD.
Creation of Training Culture.
To prepare a training calendar based on tin.
To conduct the training as per training calendar & adherence of training Plan.
To evaluate the impact of the training.
To monitor the improvement in performance after training.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
Preferred MBA HR from reputed institute.
3+ years of relevant experience in Training & Development
