Job Summary
The Training Manager will develop, deliver, and maintain training programs, SOPs, documentation, and product knowledge modules to ensure consistent quality across Detailing Bull stores. This role supports technicians, supervisors, and new hires by providing clear processes, structured training, and continuous skill development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Development & Delivery
Assess training needs for detailing technicians and front-line staff.
Prepare training programs, presentations, manuals, and practical modules.
Conduct onboarding training for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.
Deliver hands-on sessions for wash process, polishing, coating, PPF basics, and customer handling.
2. SOP Creation & Documentation
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, guides, and service flow documents.
Maintain proper documentation for training attendance, assessments, and certification.
Ensure all documents are easy to understand and aligned with company standards.
3. Product Knowledge Training (PKT)
Develop PKT modules covering products, chemicals, tools, dilution ratios, and machine usage.
Conduct tests and demonstrations to ensure staff understand correct product application and safety guidelines.
4. Do’s & Don’ts & Quality Standards
Create clear Do’s & Don’ts for service bays, tool handling, chemical usage, and customer interaction.
Work closely with QC teams to ensure all processes match Detailing Bull quality benchmarks.
Provide corrective training in cases of customer complaints or quality failures.
5. Skill Enhancement & Compliance
Identify performance gaps through audits and supervisor feedback.
Provide targeted training interventions to improve technician performance.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, chemical handling norms, and operational standards.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Track training progress, maintain records, and generate monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with store heads and operations teams for training schedules and updates.
Keep training materials updated as per new products, techniques, or equipment additions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in training, detailing operations, or automotive industry preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of detailing processes, tools, and chemical products.
Ability to manage multiple training programs and maintain organized documentation.
