Assistant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Blue Collar & Non-IT Hiring)

Location: Nalstop,Pune

Experience: 3–6+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Blue Collar and other Non-IT functions.

• Drive bulk hiring and workforce planning for plant and operational requirements.

• Execute campus hiring initiatives across Engineering Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnics, and Management Institutes.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking channels.

• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics.

• Manage recruitment vendors and hiring campaigns to meet business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• 3–6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Non-IT, Bulk Hiring, and Campus Recruitment.

• Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.

• Experience working with job portals and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
