1️⃣ Role: HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive (Female Only)
We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced HR professional to handle complete HR operations at PAN India level for 500+ employees across 22+ states.
2️⃣ Key Responsibilities
A. HR, Payroll & Compliance (PAN India – 500+ Employees)
Manage salary processing for 500+ employees across 22+ states.
Handle daily attendance monitoring & OT corrections at PAN India warehouse level.
Manage EPF, ESI, statutory compliance & documentation.
Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance tracking.
Vendor bill checking & verification before passing to accounts for payment processing.
Vendor management & coordination at national level.
B. Recruitment & HR Documentation
End-to-end hiring for warehouse & corporate roles across India.
Draft professional HR letters & emails (offer, warning, appraisal, retention, hiring, exit).
Maintain employee files, HRMIS data, onboarding & exit formalities.
C. Excel, Reporting & Presentation
Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Prepare weekly MIS reports & management PPT presentations.
Maintain trackers for salary, attendance, hiring, compliance & performance.
D. Team Coordination & Culture
Conduct daily Google Meet morning meetings with PAN India teams.
Monitor team discipline, attendance & performance.
Organize office events (birthdays, company anniversary, farewells, festivals).
E. Admin & Office Operations (HO – Gurgaon Sector 48)
Monitor petty cash & daily office expenses.
Ensure availability of systems, laptops, stationery & office supplies.
Coordinate IT/admin for ID creation, system allocation & access setup.
Manage repair, maintenance, courier & utility coordination.
Coordinate with all departments for smooth workflow.
F. Software & Process Improvement
Work on HRM, HRMS, WMS & internal systems.
Suggest HR & business improvement strategies.
Support automation & cross-department workflow improvements.
3️⃣ Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only.
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience (Mandatory).
Experience handling 500+ employees preferred.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Graduate (MBA/PG preferred; Logistics/Warehouse background advantage).
Strong communication & professional email drafting skills.
Must be confident handling corporate culture.
