We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to manage daily office operations and support the team in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination ability, and basic computer knowledge.
Manage day-to-day office operations
Handle calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
Support HR and accounts teams in basic administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and service providers
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining data in Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Prior experience in admin or office coordination preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
