Complete Exit Formalities: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including final pay stubs, COBRA notifications, and benefits termination, are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Manage Separation Process: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including HR, payroll, and management, to ensure a seamless separation process. 4. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Analyze Exit Data: Compile and analyze exit data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Provide Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on exit trends and statistics. 7. Stay Up-to-Date with Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an exit management or related role. 3.
