Job Title: HR Executive – Staff Operations & Grievance Handling
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: HR Manager / Admin Head
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in hospitality, facility management, or similar fields)

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Staff Supervision:
Oversee attendance, punctuality, and shift management of housekeeping staff, drivers, and valets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deployment of staff.
Coordinate duty rosters and manage sudden absenteeism or manpower shortage.
Grievance Handling:
Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
Escalate unresolved or critical matters to senior HR/Admin as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of grievances and their resolutions.
Compliance & Discipline:
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.
Conduct regular checks and take corrective action when necessary.
Onboarding & Records:
Support in hiring support staff as per requirement.
Maintain updated records of staff including attendance, leaves, ID cards, and documentation.
Training & Development:
Conduct briefings or basic training for new staff on workplace etiquette, safety, and responsibilities.
Liaison:
Coordinate with facility management, security, and other departments for smooth functioning.
Key Skills Required:
Strong people management and interpersonal skills
Practical knowledge of grievance handling and conflict resolution
Good communication in English and local language
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with HR or Personnel Management background)
Certification or diploma in HR Management is a plus
