K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking for Assistant HR Manager For Rajkot Location. She was Knowledgeable to managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance in the company. The role ensures smooth HR operations, supports the workforce, and helps maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees in the mineral water products manufacturing unit.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and process payroll data in coordination with the accounts team.
Organize training programs and skill development sessions for employees.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Assist in preparing HR policies and ensuring their implementation.
Conduct periodic performance reviews in coordination with department heads.
Prepare HR-related reports and submit them to management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
Problem-solving skills and a people-oriented approach.
