Position: Administrative Officer_ Education Sector
Location: Patna (Bihar)

Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing Administrative and regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and other administrative functions within the education sector.
The role requires a professional with Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline ( preferably Business Administration/Public Relations ) and a strong background in administrative operations, particularly in education institutions, accreditation bodies, or regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with education laws, policies, and regulations at national and state levels.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other documents related to institutional governance, partnerships, and regulatory obligations.
Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and accreditation councils for licensing, approvals, and policy advocacy.
Prepare for institutional audits, legal due diligence, and risk management related to education compliance.
Propose and implement internal policies with the approval of the Management to align with administrative best practices.
Provide legal advisory on disputes, grievances, and institutional litigations, ensuring risk mitigation.
Manage administrative processes, including record-keeping, policy documentation, and institutional governance frameworks.
Assist in disciplinary proceedings, faculty and student-related matters, and institutional policy enforcement.
Conduct training sessions for staff, faculty, and administrative personnel on compliance and best practices.
Ensure seamless coordination between academic and administrative teams for smooth institutional operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate/Masters equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in legal and administrative roles within the education sector.
Strong understanding of education laws, institutional compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in handling legal documentation, agreements, and institutional governance policies.
Prior experience in liaising with accreditation bodies, regulatory agencies, and government authorities.

Preferred:
Experience in Administration roles in educational institutions, universities, or government regulatory bodies.
Familiarity with accreditation processes and institutional audits.
