We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administration Executive to handle coordination tasks and data entry operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative activities efficiently.
Handle day-to-day administrative coordination tasks
Maintain and update company records and databases
Perform accurate data entry and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/clients
Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups
Support management with administrative assistance
Maintain proper filing (digital and physical records)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Organized and disciplined work approach
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good skills may apply)
