We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant cum Administrative Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, documentation, coordination, and administrative support. The role requires multitasking, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Manage office files, records, and documentation
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Assist in billing, data entry, and basic accounts support
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support HR activities like attendance and employee records
Schedule meetings and assist in daily administrative tasks
Graduate / HSC with relevant experience
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and punctual
Ability to multitask and work independently
1–3 years in office administration or assistant role preferred
