Key Responsibilities
Supervise front office operations and ensure professional visitor and telephone management.
Maintain office decorum and ensure adherence to organizational policies and workplace discipline.
Coordinate and monitor office security arrangements and access controls.
Administer employee leave records and provide necessary support for leave management processes.
Compile and provide payroll-related inputs and support to the HR/Finance department.
Exercise administrative control over company vehicles, including usage monitoring, maintenance coordination, and record keeping.
Maintain records of administrative expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
Monitor office inventory levels and ensure timely procurement and replenishment of required materials.
Ensure compliance with office rules, regulations, and administrative procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate internal office communications and administrative announcements.
Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation as required.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional qualification in Administration, HR, or Business Management will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities management, or general administration functions.
