The Admin / Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office, supporting internal teams, managing coordination activities, and assisting in basic documentation and communication tasks.
This role requires a high level of discipline, coordination skills, and ownership mindset, especially in a fast-growing startup environment.
1. Administrative Management
Manage daily office administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record keeping
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory
Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and coordinate with housekeeping staff
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing documents
2. Front Office & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders
Manage reception area and visitor log records
Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and conference room bookings
3. Vendor & Facility Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Track vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts for processing
Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of office equipment
4. Documentation & Data Management
Maintain proper records of office documents and files
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
Assist HR and accounts team with basic documentation work
5. Internal Support
Support different departments (HR, Sales, Operations) with coordination tasks
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and team activities
Ensure smooth communication across teams
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in admin/front office roles is preferred
Preferred Profile
0–3 years of experience in administration or office support
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
Proactive and responsible in handling tasks
