Administrative Assistant Roles & responsibilities The position in discussion is with one of the BU Management team at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally. The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Independently drive processes within the Business Operations team. Specifically, but not limited to: • Support to Partner and Associate Partner – managing travel and expenses, timesheets and help with any key meetings • Support the wider team in Gurugram – international travel of any colleague, department PR/PO, vendor payment support, support to HR Team with activities such as promotions-related logistics, gifts disbursement, etc.), support with team events, client visits, etc. (indicative list, overall support to the department as needed) • Support the Business Operations team occasionally around above listed or other admin activities like seat planning, etc. • Act as a BCP to the Bangalore (BLR) based Secretary in case of excess workload in BLR / BLR Secretary on leave / etc. Skills and Experience • Strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiple stakeholders • Proficient in business processes such as calendar management, expense filing, and PR/PO handling. • Entrepreneurial outlook / self-starter attitude to independently own and drive solutions • Ability to regularly and proactively interact with key stakeholders / team managers to seek relevant information / updates • Strong and consistent quality control and eye for detail • Excellent communication skills Key behavioral attributes/requirements • Team player, Work planner and a good organizer • Integrity, Accountability, Decision making • Driving quality results, Resilience, Solution oriented • Effectiveness Interpersonal skill Experience Level Mid Level
