Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications
Maintain confidential documents and records
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
Organize business travel, accommodation, and expense reports
Support executives with administrative and operational tasks
Ensure smooth office coordination and workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience working with senior executives or leadership teams
Knowledge of calendar management tools and office software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
