Assistant Manager – Facilities (9 Openings)
Experience: 4–6 years
Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
Requirement in locations: Manager facilities and Assistant Manager : Mumbai, Pune
Assistant manager: surat, Hyderabad, gurgaon.
Role Overview:
As a Facilities Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll oversee the operations of 5–6 clinics in your city/region. Your responsibility will be ensuring the clinics maintain optimal cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and functionality to provide a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and maintain clinic cleanliness and overall upkeep.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the clinic infrastructure is ready and resolve any facility issues (electrical, plumbing, equipment, etc.).
Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Maintain SOPs and ensure clinics are audit-ready.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing.
Lead housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Provide weekly status updates to the operations team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree (technical/engineering preferred for the Manager role).
Experience: Prior multi-site facility management experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
Skills: Strong organizational, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Attributes: Attention to cleanliness, operational detail, and patient-facing standards.
Travel: Willingness to travel between multiple clinics in the assigned region.
