Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality
Identifying areas of improvement and best practices for HR functions
Identify and reach out to possible applicants through various sourcing methods and channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other avenues. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the process.
Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and hiring activities in the HRIS and other databases.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, as well as the company's policies and goals.
