About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of administration and facility operations at our office. The role requires strong leadership, strategic vendor management, and operational excellence to ensure seamless functioning of company facilities, employee support services, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day administration and facility operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service quality.
• Manage company properties including office premises, farmhouses, and employee accommodations — covering utilization, upkeep, renewals, and documentation.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, AMC, housekeeping, security, and repair/maintenance activities.
• Drive procurement, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives with strong financial discipline.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety protocols, and workplace compliance standards.
• Supervise infrastructure management, utilities, preventive maintenance, and space planning.
• Support leadership in travel, logistics coordination, and corporate events.
• Manage front desk operations, visitor management, and employee support services.
• Implement digital record-keeping, MIS reporting, and process automation for operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the administration team while ensuring policy adherence.
• Conduct regular audits of assets, vendors, contracts, and facility performance.
• Promote sustainability, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and facility/administration management tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication abilities.
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field).
• MBA/PGDM in Administration, General Management, or Operations will be an added advantage.
