Site Administrator – Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day site administration.
Supervise housekeeping, security, gardeners, and support staff.
Ensure cleanliness of cabins, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Coordinate maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, etc.).
Maintain office assets, inventory, and administrative records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor attendance and deployment of site support staff.
Manage visitor entry, gate passes, and security coordination.
Arrange meeting rooms, office supplies, and employee administrative support.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administration reports.
Escalate operational issues to management and ensure timely resolution.
