Ensuring compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and handling inspections, notices, and legal correspondence.
Administrative control and coordination of store operations including inward-outward records, consumables, and inventory documentation.
Supervising dispatch and logistics documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transporter coordination for timely dispatch.
Managing contractor and contract labour documentation, compliance, attendance, and wage records.
Coordinating and leading admin, store, and dispatch teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Supporting audits (SEDEX/SMETA/ISO/customer audits) and maintaining all related records and registers.
