Should be proactive, agile and smart · Should have experience in Travel arrangements, ticketing, VISA formalities hotel bookings · Will be working in MD’s Office · Shall handle all work related to MD’s office · Will be the center point of contact in MD’s office · Shall be able to handle pressure and deliver the services effectively · Managing office expenses · Should be able to coordinate with all departments effectively · Should be very presentable · Shall report to MD for daily office work · Shall be good at documentation and filing of the same.
