We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and office management tasks.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Handle employee attendance records and support HR activities.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport requirements when needed.
Monitor office maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Support management with various operational and administrative requirements.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
