We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administration Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, multitasking, and being the backbone of office operations.
Manage daily office administration and front-desk operations
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, stationery & maintenance
Handle office supplies, inventory, and asset management
Support HR & finance teams with basic documentation and coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, utilities, and common areas
Assist in compliance-related documentation and internal coordination
Act as the point of contact for employees and visitors
Graduate in any discipline
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in office administration or operations preferred
