Job Summary:
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, supporting management, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office processes. The role involves multitasking across documentation, communication, procurement, and facility management, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Manage front office operations — phone calls, visitors, and mail distribution.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support HR and finance teams with attendance tracking, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
Manage maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations as required.
Handle vendor management — quotation comparison, purchase approvals, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee and company records.
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Real estate, construction, IT, manufacturing, or service industry (as applicable).
