Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end travel coordination and support office administration activities for our organization..
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Desk Management
Handle domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation and visa coordination.
Liaise with travel vendors and agencies for cost-effective bookings and corporate rates.
Maintain travel records, expense statements and MIS reports.
Support employees and management with travel-related requirements and emergency arrangements.
Administration & Facility Management
Support office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, seating arrangements, and workplace upkeep.
Oversee cafeteria operations, hygiene standards.
Coordinate courier, dispatch, and office utility management.
Support employee onboarding logistics including workstation readiness, ID cards, access cards, and seating allocation.
Ensure compliance with office safety, health, and administrative policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma in Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Ability to coordinate with employees, management, and external service providers effectively.
