Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotations and share with clients via email in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate packing & forwarding of materials and ensure proper dispatch documentation
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Maintain and display company products/materials in office exhibition area
Coordinate with salespersons for follow-ups on quotations, orders, and client communication
Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations, and responses
Support management with general administrative duties (filing, reporting, coordination)
Desired Skills:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and professional email handling
Male candidates preferred (due to job requirements)
