Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential
Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff.
Ensure all common areas, amenities, and facilities are clean, safe, and functional.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, DG sets, and fire safety systems.
