Responsibilities and Duties		Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes, safety and security of the office premises;
	Facilitate labor hiring for office as well as respective sites and handing over to Project Manager / Operations Manager;
	Vehicle hiring for corporate as well as respective sites as well as driver and company car allocation and management;
	Surat office administration including coordination with, inter-alia, office building administration / government offices, office support for cleanliness, food, snacks / milk / tea / sugar, office upkeeping, kitchen purchase, plantation, recycling, renovations, event planning, facility services, maintenance activity, trade persons, electricity, office upkeeping, etc.;
	Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
	Travel Desk (including flight / train / road booking, boarding and lodging, hotel / agent tie-ups, etc.);
	Reception and in-out registration;
	Annual admin budget;
	Rent / leave and license agreements involving company;
	Social media handler (Specifically Riddhi);
	Corporate Event organizer;
	Director’s personal events;
	Any other specific organisational support / work
