Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and multitasking skills, with experience in handling office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and office boys to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth daily operations.
Handle asset configuration, maintenance, and tracking of company equipment and materials.
Manage and update the CRM system for administrative tasks and vendor details.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, and other requirements.
Handle petty cash, maintain expense records, and prepare reports for management approval.
Work closely with the HR department for onboarding arrangements, attendance coordination, and staff-related logistics.
Maintain adequate stock of groceries and stationery, ensuring timely replenishment and proper record keeping.
Support in festival arrangements, office celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket booking, accommodation, and local transport for employees.
Assist management in other administrative or operational duties as required.
