Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the back end operations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.
Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely communication.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel, including client data, attendance, and billing information.
Support basic accounts management tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office workflow and resolve operational issues.

Job Requirements:
