Seccomply, a scaling startup, is hiring an Admin & Finance Executive for a hybrid role based out of Baner, Pune, with a salary up to ₹3 LPA (CTC) based on experience and skills.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration including correspondence, filing, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and office supplies management.
Support finance activities such as petty cash handling, expense tracking, invoice follow-up, and basic bookkeeping aligned with startup growth needs.
Perform secretarial duties including scheduling meetings, calendar management, preparing minutes, and internal and external stakeholder coordination.
Assist in day-to-day managerial tasks like preparing simple MIS reports, tracking deadlines, drafting communication, and coordinating travel/logistics.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation to support Seccomply’s compliance-driven culture and dynamic environment.
Candidate profile
Graduate preferred, commerce/finance background a plus.
1–3 years of relevant experience; startup exposure is beneficial.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital collaboration tools typical in startups.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Highly organized, proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced scaling startup environment.
