We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Sarvajith Infotech to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
Coordination & Scheduling: Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel itineraries.
Documentation & Records: Maintaining accurate filing systems, reports, employee records, and sensitive documents.
Communication & Support: Managing front-desk activity, phone calls, and email correspondence, while providing support to other departments.
Vendor Management: Dealing with vendors for office supplies, facility maintenance, and catering services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
