Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist in administrative tasks such as attendance, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments for office maintenance and supplies
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
