Key Responsibilities of a Non-Technical Recruitment Specialist:

• Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media.

• Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and experience against job requirements.

• Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing the overall hiring process.

• Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates for future opportunities.

• Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific needs and expectations for each role.

• Promoting Employer Branding: Representing the company positively and attracting top talent.
