We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team to manage the full-cycle Vendor Management - Sourcing, Negotiations, Contracts and Payments for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹38,000 - ₹45,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Handle vendor management - sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and payments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and related arrangements.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control.
Maintain records, documentation, and compliance related to admin activities.
Support other administrative requirements as assigned.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of end-to-end administrative operations and handle vendor management . Candidates must be open to working 5 days working
