Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization.
Coordinate with vendors for office requirements, events, exhibitions, and shows.
Handle arrangements and coordination related to company shows, exhibitions, and external events.
Travel as required for official work, vendor meetings, event coordination, and operational support.
Maintain records, documents, invoices, and administrative reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely support.
Manage office supplies, inventory, courier, and facility-related activities.
Assist in scheduling meetings, bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation when required.
Ensure timely follow-up with vendors and service providers for ongoing requirements.
Support management in administrative planning and coordination tasks.
Maintain professionalism and effective communication with external agencies and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
