Job Title: Admin Executive
Role Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including canteen services, employee welfare initiatives, and facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities
1. Canteen Management
• Oversee daily canteen operations (breakfast, lunch, snacks).
• Coordinate with caterers/vendors for quality, hygiene, and timely service.
• Monitor food quality, quantity, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collect employee feedback and implement improvements.
• Manage billing, vendor payments, and cost control.

2. Employee Welfare
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities (festivals, events, wellness programs).
• Address employee concerns related to workplace facilities and welfare.
• Coordinate medical camps, health check-ups, and emergency support.
• Manage onboarding support (ID cards, seating, welcome kits, etc.).
• Ensure statutory compliance related to employee welfare where applicable.

3. Facilities Management
• Handle maintenance of office infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
• Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency preparedness.

• Identify and onboard vendors for admin services.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Track budgets and optimize administrative costs.
• Process invoices and maintain records.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
