Job Profile: Admin Executive
Roles and responsibilities:-
~Assisting HR in hiring , making lineups, taking first round of interview of Walk-In and scheduled candidates.
~have to mail Monthly Minutes of the meeting Perform other clerical duties such as Checking daily base attendance on software and register and maintain in excel sheet, Supervise Employees check for staff grooming.
~Coordinating office activities Provide administrative support Answering phone calls, greeting clients, screen and forward incoming phone calls of Direct visitors to the appropriate person, Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, First-aid box, forms)
