(Core responsibilities)Team Support & Coordination:Manage the administrative team and functions.Assign tasks and ensure smooth completion of day-to-day admin / IT operations.Vendor Management:Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, food, cleanliness, and repairs.Handle communication with the IT vendor for troubleshooting basic office IT issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, device setup).Payments & Invoices:Assist with processing and coordinating signatures for invoices.Manage petty cash and ensure timely payment of minor expenses.Event & Function Coordination:Provide logistical support for office events and activities.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.Inventory Management:Keep track of all inventory coming into the factory, including supplies and brand products.Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment when needed.
