Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong command of English, and hands-on experience in office administration, inventory management, and handling import-export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle domestic and international flight and hotel bookings for Directors.
Maintain and manage office inventory and ensure smooth office operations.
Perform office management and administrative tasks efficiently.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle import-export documentation and coordinate with relevant departments/agencies.
Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence in professional English.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience in Inventory Management and Office Management.
Knowledge of Import-Export Documentation.
Experience in arranging flight and hotel bookings for senior management.
Excellent command of English communication (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and presentable personality.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant/Admin Executive will be preferred.
