Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate CRM system (ExtraEdge) for lead allocation and tracking
- Monitor counselor activities including follow-ups and lead reach status
- Distribute leads from multiple sources such as Digital, Website, Emails, and Personal leads
- Handle incoming leads and attend queries generated via website platforms
- Prepare and maintain lead distribution reports (monthly & source-wise)
- Track and update lead conversion status in CRM and reports
- Generate monthly marketing audit reports (lead vs conversion analysis)
- Maintain and update monthly marketing sheets with outing and lead data
- Coordinate with accounts team to track monthly conversions and sales data
- Distribute leads from seminars, workshops, exhibitions, outdoor marketing, and college integration programs
- Create CRM IDs for new counselors and ensure system access
- Coordinate with CRM support team for issue resolution
- Submit daily EOD (End of Day) reports
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Extra Edge preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and data management
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
