Job Description:
We are looking for a polite, organized, and proactive Admin cum Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Tracking the finance and budget expenses and revenue standards.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain the front desk area in a neat and presentable manner
Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Support day-to-day office operations and coordination
Handle courier, vendor, and office supply management
Assist HR and management with basic administrative support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
0–1 year of experience in front desk, administration, or receptionist roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
